Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution and decision-making while fostering a high-performing culture in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the team's technical outcomes, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring system reliability and scalability
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team by providing feedback, coaching, and managing talent acquisition
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into actionable engineering plans and manage cross-team dependencies

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background for guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make pragmatic decisions
