Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Empowering engineering teams, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and improve operational best practices while working remotely or onsite in the New York City area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
• Work closely with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Foster an inclusive environment that supports career development and tackles complex engineering challenges

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and industry knowledge to guide tooling and framework decisions
• Product-minded engineering experience, particularly with consumer and enterprise products
• Experience in the sports technology industry is preferred but not required
