Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the delivery of end-to-end product functionality while guiding technical execution and fostering a high-performing team in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes, ensuring effective discussions and adherence to standards while guiding architectural decisions
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team by providing feedback, coaching, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Partner with Product and Design teams to translate goals into engineering plans, managing dependencies and ensuring impactful delivery outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
