Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and drive best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, focusing on product development and enhancements
• Guide the team in improving operational practices and provide career development support through regular feedback and one-on-ones
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to communicate technical decisions and resolve blocking issues

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, particularly in consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with the sports technology industry is preferred but not required
