Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will oversee the development of innovative support tools and enhance fan experiences while working in a flexible environment that allows for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to drive the technical vision for support tools and integrations
• Rapidly build and iterate on tools to improve fan experience, ensuring operational excellence across the platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap and communicate technical decisions effectively

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• Proven ability to deliver industry-leading user experiences in customer support software
• Experience with AI agent optimization and custom tools for support efficiency
• Strong understanding of customer support tools and workflows within a marketplace product organization
