Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-impact engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee product delivery for customer-facing features, guiding architecture, execution, and quality in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own feature delivery for a product area, ensuring high-velocity outcomes that enhance customer experience
• Plan and execute roadmaps by translating product strategy into technical plans and managing scope and timelines
• Drive technical leadership and architecture for product-layer services, ensuring scalability and performance

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of engineering management experience with a focus on roadmap delivery and team culture
• 6+ years of software engineering experience building products for millions of users
• Strong expertise in Linux systems internals and/or cloud systems engineering
• Proficiency in backend or full-stack development, preferably with Go, Python, or TypeScript
• Solid understanding of distributed/cloud-native architecture and microservices
