Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to build and optimize support tools
- Own the technical vision and oversee the development and integration of support technologies
- Provide performance feedback, career development support, and facilitate collaboration across teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record in delivering industry-leading user experiences in customer support software
- Experience in building and leading lean, motivated teams
- Familiarity with customer support tools and workflows to guide technology decisions
