Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while providing career development support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong technical foundation with knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with product-minded engineering, especially in mobile and web systems
