Job Summary

Leading a dynamic engineering team, the full-time remote Engineering Manager will provide mentorship, plan sprints, and oversee the development of innovative products using AI technologies while collaborating closely with the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the founders and contribute to engineering-wide initiatives
• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineers, fostering career development and technical productivity
• Plan engineering sprints and manage the recruitment of top engineering talent

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering management or a similar leadership role
• Strong technical background with the ability to provide hands-on guidance
• Experience in leading greenfield projects and leveraging modern AI technologies
• Ability to empower teams to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint planning
