Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while working remotely or onsite in New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving engineering best practices and provide career development support to direct reports

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams in product, design, and engineering
