Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will own the technical vision for support tools, drive enhancements to fan experience, and optimize workflows in a flexible remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to develop support tools and integrations
  • Perform code and architecture reviews while providing technical guidance and career development support to team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align the team's vision with organizational goals and resolve technical challenges
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a management role leading productive teams
  • Proven track record in delivering impactful customer support experiences, preferably in a marketplace product organization
  • Experience with custom support tools and AI optimization for customer service agents
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry, customer support tools, and workflows
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
