Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Foster an inclusive environment that encourages career growth and tackles complex engineering challenges

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with products spanning native mobile, web, and backend systems
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among product, design, engineering, and leadership teams
