Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will build and motivate a high-performing team of up to 8 software engineers, coach them through technical growth, and oversee the execution of product features in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow a high-performing engineering team, focusing on coaching and career development
• Ship ambitious product features by collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams
• Raise engineering standards through architectural discussions, code reviews, and process improvements

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience directly managing software engineers
• Strong computer science fundamentals and technical depth
• Experience shipping complex, user-facing products with measurable business impact
• A track record of coaching and mentoring engineers effectively
