Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to optimize support workflows
- Own the technical vision for SeatGeek's core support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to align the support experience with organizational goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience, primarily focused on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality user experiences in customer support software
- Experience with AI agent optimization and custom tools for support efficiency
- Strong understanding of technology industry trends and customer support tools
