Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage the development of innovative support tools and drive the technical vision for enhancing fan experiences in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a diverse team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to optimize support tools and workflows
- Own the technical vision and oversee the development of custom and SaaS support tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with organizational goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional user experiences in customer support software
- Experience with AI-driven customer support solutions in a marketplace environment is preferred
- Strong understanding of technology and customer support tools to guide team decisions
