Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing development operation, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, focusing on product development and operational excellence
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize and plan enhancements for both fan and enterprise customer experiences
• Provide performance feedback and career development support to team members while actively participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Familiarity with both consumer and enterprise products, preferably in the sports technology industry
