Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution, foster team growth, and ensure the delivery of scalable product functionality in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring systems are scalable and reliable
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and supporting individual growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate product goals into clear engineering plans and manage delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Experience leading engineering teams delivering production SaaS products and integrating AI-enabled features
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in a cross-functional product environment
• Experience building or operating complex, customer-facing web applications
