Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team of engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will oversee the development of innovative support tools and enhance fan experiences through AI and automation in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to optimize support tools and workflows
- Own the technical vision for core support systems and drive the roadmap for product enhancements
- Conduct code and architecture reviews while providing mentorship and career development support to team members
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional user experiences in customer support software
- Experience with AI agent optimization and building tools for customer service efficiency
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, AWS, and customer support tools
