Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
  • 2+ years of experience managing productive engineering teams
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional user experiences in customer support software
  • Experience with AI agent optimization and building tools for customer service efficiency
  • Familiarity with a variety of programming languages and technologies relevant to support tools and workflows
