Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will oversee the development of innovative support tools and enhance fan experiences through AI-driven solutions, all while working in a flexible environment that allows for remote or onsite arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and guide a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to optimize support tools and workflows
- Own the technical vision for support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence across the platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the team's direction with organizational goals and facilitate recruitment efforts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience managing productive engineering teams
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional user experiences in customer support software
- Experience with AI agent optimization and building tools for customer service efficiency
- Familiarity with a variety of programming languages and technologies relevant to support tools and workflows
