Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support scaling development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams to enhance offerings, and foster an empowering environment for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices while providing career development support

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on writing code
• Strong technical foundation to guide the team in making informed tooling and framework decisions
• Product-minded engineering experience, particularly with consumer and enterprise products
• Experience in the sports technology industry is preferred but not required
