Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to build and optimize support tools
• Own the technical vision for support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to define the roadmap and communicate decisions effectively

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• Proven track record in delivering high-stakes customer support experience software
• Familiarity with AI agent optimization and custom tools for support efficiency
• Experience in fostering inclusive and collaborative team environments
