Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment for career growth, all while working remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of cross-functional engineers and guide them in operational and engineering best practices
• Collaborate with Product to design and develop product enhancements, prioritizing and planning effectively
• Provide regular feedback and career development support to direct reports while participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience as an engineer with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration between cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
