Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will own the technical vision for support tools and drive the development of a best-in-class fan support experience in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to enhance support tools
- Oversee the technical vision and rapid iteration of tools to improve fan experience and operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the support experience with organizational goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience, primarily focused on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional user experiences in customer support software
- Experience with AI agent optimization and custom support tools
- Familiarity with a variety of programming languages and technologies, including Python, Go, and AWS
