Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Empowering engineering teams, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Foster an inclusive environment while providing career development support and conducting performance feedback for team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, especially across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Ability to facilitate collaboration between cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
