Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and improve engineering best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, focusing on both backend and frontend development
• Collaborate with product teams to prioritize and plan product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and performance feedback to team members while fostering an inclusive environment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience as an engineer, with a strong background in coding
• Product-minded engineering experience, particularly with consumer and enterprise products
• Knowledge of the technology industry for making informed tooling and framework decisions
• Experience in the sports technology industry is preferred, but not required
