Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Engineering Manager will lead a small engineering team in designing, developing, and deploying core product functionality while collaborating with cross-functional partners and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a hands-on technical leader for the engineering team
• Manage, scale, and develop the engineering team
• Collaborate with product, data, and behavioral health specialists to align technical efforts with business goals

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of overall experience, including 1+ years in a management role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Experience in developing enterprise or consumer web applications
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, particularly in healthcare applications
• Demonstrated project management skills and a strong bias to action
