Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of network engineers, the full-time remote Manager Engineering will oversee Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) management, focusing on lifecycle governance, operational readiness, and technical standards to ensure reliable and scalable connectivity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for CPE management, technical standards, and operational execution
• Own CPE lifecycle management activities, including product standards, vendor alignment, and end-of-life planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve CPE installation, activation, and support processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, computer science, etc.)
• 7+ years of experience in network engineering, CPE engineering, or related technical functions
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams or cross-functional engineering initiatives
• Strong understanding of customer premises equipment and CPE lifecycle management
• Working knowledge of IP networking, Ethernet services, and managed network services
