Job Summary

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to develop and optimize support tools
  • Own the technical vision for core support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product direction and resolve technical issues
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of engineering experience focused on coding, with 2+ years in a management role
  • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional user experiences in customer support software
  • Experience in building and leading productive, motivated engineering teams
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and workflows, particularly in a marketplace environment
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
