Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers in a full-time capacity, the Engineering Manager will oversee the development of support tools and systems to enhance fan experiences, while managing technical vision and team performance in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to develop and optimize support tools
- Own the technical vision for core support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product direction and resolve technical issues
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience focused on coding, with 2+ years in a management role
- Proven track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional user experiences in customer support software
- Experience in building and leading productive, motivated engineering teams
- Familiarity with customer support tools and workflows, particularly in a marketplace environment
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
