Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate closely with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring productivity and motivation
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Foster an inclusive environment, providing career development support and conducting performance feedback sessions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience as an engineer with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among product, design, and engineering teams
