Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional user experiences in customer support
- Experience with AI agent optimization and custom support tools in a marketplace environment
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, AWS, and customer support tools
