Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment, all while working remotely or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of backend and frontend engineers across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide performance feedback and career development support to team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on coding
• Strong foundation of technical excellence in engineering practices
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams
