Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will be responsible for defining and optimizing the support experience for fans, managing technical vision, and enhancing fan outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to build and iterate support tools
  • Own the technical vision for support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate decisions and resolve issues effectively
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
  • 2+ years of experience managing productive engineering teams
  • Proven track record in delivering industry-leading customer support experiences
  • Experience with customer support software in a marketplace organization is preferred
  • Ability to foster inclusive environments and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
