Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Experienced engineering managers will find a full-time opportunity to lead a team of cross-functional engineers focused on enhancing product offerings for fans and enterprise customers while fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product teams to design and prioritize product enhancements while guiding the team in operational best practices
• Provide mentorship through regular feedback and career development support, while actively participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of coding experience in engineering roles
• Strong technical foundation and understanding of product development across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
• Ability to lead through collaboration with cross-functional partners in product, design, and engineering
