Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Engineering Manager to oversee a cross-functional team of engineers, enhance product development, and improve operational practices in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, focusing on both backend and frontend development
• Collaborate with Product to design, develop, and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Foster an inclusive team culture, providing career development support and conducting performance feedback sessions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a strong coding background
• Proven ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional partners
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
• Ability to work in the eastern time zone, with preference for candidates located in the New York City area
