Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers, fostering collaboration and productivity
• Own the technical vision for support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence and rapid iteration
• Conduct code and architecture reviews while providing career development support and performance feedback to team members

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on coding, with at least 2 years in an engineering management role
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional user experiences in customer support software
• Experience building and managing lean, motivated teams capable of achieving impactful results
• Familiarity with customer support tools and workflows, particularly in a marketplace product organization
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
