Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an Engineering Manager for a full-time position to manage a cross-functional team of engineers, enhance product development, and improve operational practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of backend and frontend engineers across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide performance feedback, support career development, and foster an inclusive team environment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product-minded engineering, particularly in consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with sports technology is preferred but not required
