Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the delivery of end-to-end product functionality, ensuring strong technical execution and team growth in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the team's technical outcomes by guiding architectural decisions and ensuring adherence to performance and quality standards
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate product goals into clear engineering plans and manage cross-functional dependencies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff engineering roles, with at least 1 year in a management position
• Proven experience leading engineering teams responsible for delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing engineers
