Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will own the technical vision for support tools, enhance fan experiences, and drive efficient support workflows in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers to develop and optimize support tools
  • Collaborate with Technical and Product teams to align the team's vision with organizational goals
  • Conduct code and architecture reviews while providing feedback and career development support to team members
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of engineering experience, with a focus on coding
  • 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional user experiences in customer support software
  • Experience with AI agent optimization and custom tools for support efficiency
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Python, AWS, and customer support tools
