Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate closely with Product to enhance product offerings, and guide the team in improving engineering best practices while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements that benefit both fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and performance feedback to team members, while actively participating in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on coding
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry to guide tooling and framework decisions
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in relation to fan and rightsholder experiences
• Familiarity with sports technology is preferred but not required
