Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate closely with Product on enhancements, and guide the team in operational best practices while fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of cross-functional engineers across backend and frontend platforms
• Collaborate with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Provide performance feedback, career development support, and facilitate an inclusive team environment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager
• 5+ years of experience in a coding role
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among product, design, and engineering teams
