Job Summary
Leading a dynamic team of engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the development of innovative support tools and drive enhancements to the fan experience in a flexible remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and applied AI engineers, guiding the technical vision for support tools and integrations
- Rapidly build and iterate on tools to enhance fan experience while maintaining operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the technical roadmap with organizational goals and facilitate effective communication of decisions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
- Proven track record in delivering industry-leading user experiences in customer support software
- Experience with AI agent optimization and custom tools for support efficiency
- Familiarity with various technologies including Python, AWS, and customer support tools
