Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Foster an inclusive environment that supports career development and actively participate in the recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in a coding role with a strong foundation in technical excellence
• Experience with product-minded engineering, particularly in consumer and enterprise products
• Knowledge of the technology industry to guide tooling and framework decisions
• Experience in the sports technology industry is preferred but not required
