Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster a dynamic environment for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational and engineering best practices while providing career development support

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on writing code
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience in product-minded engineering, especially with consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with the sports technology industry is preferred but not required
