Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To scale up development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and foster an inclusive environment while working remotely or onsite in New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
• Work closely with Product to design and prioritize product enhancements for fans and enterprise customers
• Guide the team in improving operational best practices and conduct regular performance feedback sessions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with product-minded engineering, especially in mobile, web, and backend systems
