Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Engineering Manager to oversee a team of cross-functional engineers, guiding product enhancements and fostering an empowering environment while working remotely or onsite in New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, focusing on backend and frontend development
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and performance feedback to team members while improving operational best practices

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience in product-minded engineering, especially with consumer and enterprise products
• Familiarity with sports technology is preferred but not required
