Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager will guide technical execution and decision-making to deliver end-to-end product functionality in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the team's technical outcomes by facilitating discussions, managing risks, and upholding standards
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate goals into engineering plans and ensure impactful delivery outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in senior or staff Engineering roles, with at least 1 year in management
• Experience leading teams delivering production SaaS products
• Strong technical background for guiding architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Proven ability to drive execution in cross-functional environments
• Experience integrating data-driven or AI-enabled features into product experiences
