Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time salaried Engineering Manager will manage the technical vision for support tools, enhance fan experiences, and optimize support workflows in a flexible remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to build and iterate support tools
• Own the technical vision for support tools and integrations, ensuring operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the support experience with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience, primarily focused on coding
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading motivated teams
• Proven track record in delivering high-stakes customer experiences through innovative UX
• Experience with customer support experience software in a marketplace organization preferred
• Familiarity with AI agent optimization and tools for enhancing customer service efficiency
