Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Work closely with Product to design, develop, and prioritize product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Provide career development support and regular performance feedback to team members while fostering an inclusive work environment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience focused on writing code
• Strong foundation of technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with product development across native mobile, web, and backend systems
• Understanding of both consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
