Engineering Manager

Job Summary

The full-time salaried Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product to enhance product offerings, and improve operational best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers across multiple platforms, providing guidance and support for career development
• Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize and plan product enhancements for both fans and enterprise customers
• Conduct code reviews and offer technical feedback while fostering an inclusive and empowering team environment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong technical foundation and familiarity with product-minded engineering across mobile, web, and backend systems
• Experience in both consumer and enterprise products, with a preference for familiarity with the sports technology industry
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among product, design, engineering, and leadership teams
