Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a team of cross-functional engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers across multiple platforms, ensuring high performance and career development
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to fans and enterprise customers
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback while fostering an inclusive and empowering team culture

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a focus on coding
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry
• Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in sports technology preferred
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among product, design, and engineering teams
